The day started and everybody got out of their beds then got ready for an exciting game of Netball.
When everybody got to Life Be In It (where we play) we were all was training as hard as we possibly could and getting ready to see if we were going to win or not, I was thinking to myself while we were training “will we win it or not because I really hope we win” it was really stressing while we were training because we could see the other team training too, and thought “wow they’re great.
After a short little train everyone was pumped for the game, and a lady came along and said “nails please” so we put our hands up and she checked our nails I knew the game was getting closer and closer. Now it was time to put our bib’s on, I was of first quarter so I didn’t have a bib on. Then suddenly you hear a lady yell “on court” so everybody ran onto the court, finally you hear the stressing and thrilling sound of the very loud whistle go of. It was a hard start for Leopold as the Barwon Bawon Swifts had got a couple of goals everybody was on their players and were thinking “come on Leopold” it was hard for me to watch on the side lines because I knew everybody was in stress stress stress.
When the first quarter was finished it was time for me to go on court, Debbie (one of our coach’s) gave me my bib I was GS ( Goal Shooter) “YES” my favourite position. The game was on Barwon Swifts suddenly “on court”. We all ran again, and into our new positions, finally the whistle went the ball was coming our way “YES” i’ve caught the ball now all I have to do is shoot everybody was in stress hoping we would get a goal because the score board was 3-0 suddenly I shoot and finally Rhiannon gets the first goal for the team, now there are many more were that came from Barron swifts. I could tell that the Swifts were in trouble now.
The ball was going to the swifts then somebody grabbed the very sweaty ball and was coming down Leopold’s way it was stressing. I was yelling “COME ON GUYS KEEP GOING” then finally the ball came my way and I caught it, I aimed and got another goal, the whistle went off again and the sweaty ball was coming down Leopold’s way again I was thinking “yes” then I cought the ball from a very long throw and got another goal yay. Now the score board was 3-3. The stressing whistle went of again heading of to the swifts way until it was grabbed and bought down our way. Now it was time to get another goal so I did, we were beating the BarwonBawon swifts by one. The thrilling whistle went of again and was heading down our way until NUTCRACKERS the Barwon Swifts have cought the ball and got another goal we were equal now “AHHHHH”
The whistle went of for the third quarter and everybody was very sweaty and hot, we got a couple more goals and so did the swifts, the score board was now 9-7 we were losing 
Finally last quarter. Leopold shot some goals and the swifts did too now it was getting extremely stressing until the Syrian went of and we had finished the game ‘YESSSSSSSS” Leopold Gold Stars have won were heading of to the Grand Final and versing Newtown. Bring it on guys! The final score was 15-13 it was extremely close, Lastly we had to shake hands with The BarwonBarwon Swifts and repeat ” good game good game good game”. Well done Barwon Swifts you know you have made it this far and should be very happy with your selves.
